VLCD 17

1.2 lbs lost today, bringing the grand total to 15 lbs!!!!!!! WOO WHOO! i am so excited!!! i love feeling thiner, prettier, and able to move and reach better. i had some running around to do since one of my good friends was in ICU at the hospital, so for lunch i only ended up having an apple :/ then some chicken and asparagus. lol kinda an off day but not too hungry. i drank ALOT of water! goodnight :)

VLCD 16

1 lb loss! this brings a the total to 13.8 lbs!!! wow!!!! i am so happy! I feel better, look better and I am just glowing everyday! 25 days left and still have yet to cheat or crave anything. I WANT THIS SO BAD! I decided to stay on this eating a little bit lighter thing since i didnt lose very well the second week. And it seems to be going real well! For lunch i had an apple and a tilapia filet. for dinner i had tilapia (only tilapia left till i go shopping again) and i had some tomato slices and im sure ill have that baked apple again. or maybe grapefruit..?

VLCD 15

1.3 loss! Thank god! for lunch i had chicken and half a grapefruit. dinner i had chicken and some tomato slices again. loved it with alot of pepper! then had a baked apple later that night.

VLCD 14

Zero loss. Stayed the same :( For lunch i had an apple and some chicken. Dinner i had some chicken and some fresh tomatoes.

VLCD 13

.7 loss. For lunch i had tilapia spinach and half a grapefruit. for dinner i had a chicken breast and some celery sticks.

VLCD 12

i had it set dead in my mind that i had hit a stall and was planning an pple day. But......1 lb down!!!! That brings it to a total of 10.8 lbs down!!! yayyy!!! Hopefully i can do that again tomorrow!! Tomorrow is a measurments day so hopefully some more inches are gone! I am going to have some chicken for lunch and a cucumber and an apple. Not very hungry latly. Took about a week to feel better, and im glad i am finally adjusted to the change in eating habits :) For dinner i had tilapia and asparagus.

VLCD 11

Boo.. I woke up with only a .2 loss. bummer. Well on a good note that makes it 9.8 lbs down! I decided i wasnt very hungry so i only had a peice of chicken and an apple for lunch and i was fine. after work i had some more chicken and some asparagus.. hopefully tomorrow is a better day. I did buy some cottage cheese to try and switch in place of my protein. I prob wont try that till tomorrow or the next day. goodnight.

VLCD 10

So i kinda slept in a little late today, opps. When i woke up i was down .9 lbs! As long as i can stay on about 1 lbs per day i will be happy! I have started to notice that i feel alot better not only about myself, but my body feels healthier. Plus i have been tanning so its like a huge transformation! I have noticed my clothes fit so much better and just feel so much more confident. As of today i am down 9.6 lbs! I had an apple salad with chicken for lunch and a melba toast (Thought id give it a whirl today) Then for dinner i sauteed up some tomatoes and onion and put that over cajun tilapia. And another melba after. I feel great! cant wait to pass that 10lb marker tomorrow :):)

VLCD 9

Yesterday was rough, starting my TOM and all. Plus eating food that i knew had oil and butter on it, but when i got up I WAS DOWN 1.2 lbs!!! thats a total of 8.3 lbs since i started!! Today was going to be great. I ate my chicken with salad and strawberries and lemon juice. Chugged ALOT of water and off to work. I was soooo busy at work. No hunger pains..they seem to be getting alot better, which is awesome. So for dinner i had some tilapia and asparagus... hopin for another 1.7 loss tomarrow so it will be an offical 10 lbs :):) wish me luck :)

VLCD 8

Ugh guess what, I guess today is the start to my TOM (time of month) so today was a rough start. Especially since i had only lost .2 lbs. And to top it all off, I have to go to my boyfriends banquet for Darts because he plays in a league. I decided to instead of bringing my own food, to challange myself and go hungry and ready to eat. I drank water, even though there was FREE beer. I was very happy that i had the chance to see my boyfriends sister, Carolynne and she was like, "OH MY GOSH!!! YOU LOOK GREAT!" it made me feel like a million bucks. Well then it was time to eat. A salad bowl was dropped at each table and of course the dressing was tossed on it already. So i picked out as much that i could that was the driest. I had two bowls of salad because it was pretty dry and i knew dinner was going to be tough with everything probably having oil or butter on it. So i went to the buffet lane. I skipped all the breads, pastas and all the yummy stuff..and right to the veggies. It was a mixture of corn carrots and green beans. They all were obviously in some sort of buttery seasoning. so i just ate the beans and i also got a little peice of chicken that was baked. I ripped the skin off and ate that. VERY proud of myself. So we get home and after a few hours it was dinner time, so I made some chicken and some asparagus. then a baked apple with some melba toast crunched up on it. Off to sleeeeep :)

VLCD 7

I went to sleep last night pretty excited for my loss I had, but was quite bummed when i woke up to only a .6 loss. So i had decided that i would repeat thursdays meals because my loss was so great, EXCEPT... since i work in a restaurant i didnt get home till midnight tonight, and im afraid to eat this late so that means i only had lunch. I think ill just chug some water and maybe nibble on something light. Working evenings is such an inconvience for this diet. But ill be fine, i am off tomorrow. My boyfriend has a end of the season banquet for his dart league... so it will be my first time having to not take advantage of the open bar and the banquet style dinner. Hopefully they will have something that is on protocol, but im thinking im going to bring a backup and keep it in the car just in case. Goodnight everyone :)

VLCD 6

YAY i woke up today and lost 1.9 lbs!!! I also did my measurments. ok so this is a little embarrassing, but my measuring tape is really like from a tool box lol and it doesnt go and further then a certain number. And so i had to guestamate when i did my inital measurments. But anyways, i did them and i am offically on the tape, LOL but since its about a guestamation im not really going to post it. but its around 6 inches lost, between my bust waist hips and theigs. YAYYY i am feeling so good about this! For lunch i had cooked a burger (no bun obviously) decided to try a LITTLE bit of yellow mustard and tomatoes and a salad with strawberries and lemon juice. YUMM. I am trying to add a few veggies in to see if it effects me at all. we will see tomarrow! I went off to work and drank a few glasses of water with lemon while running around. I came home and cooked some lemon pepper chicken with some tomatoe slices and I also had made some cabbage soup. I added diced celery, onion powder, minced garlic, parsely, oregano and salt and pepper. HOLY SPICY my god, lol i could barly handle that. But i feel pretty good. i am so excited to be seeing results! ill eat my snack in a bit, goodnight :):)

VLCD 5

Alright so today i woke up and i only lost .9 lbs. I'LL TAKE IT! because that means i am about 5 lbs down! yayyyy it is pretty motivating to see the numbers go down everyday! Keeps me motivated for the day! So for lunch i ground up some beef (so scared because iv been eating only chicken) and i added tomatoes and some chili seasoning, garlic, and onion powder. It was alright, but it was something different then what i have been eating. Then ill save my fruit for in a little bit. I ate an apple about 6:30. I had to go to court with my bf for a traffic ticket and so we were there a little bit longer then expected. I made my dinner, decided to put a chicken breast with lemon juice and pepper over some asparagus and into the oven. chicken was awesome, asparagus..ugh i think im over asparagus every night. i just dont know what else to eat that will fill me up! ill be eating a grapefruit later. I am scared of strawberries at night. night!

VLCD 4

I am a day late, but i will give a quick idea of my day. I woke up and stepped on the scale and i was down another 1.1 lbs. Total of about 4 lbs lost. So i decided to cut up some apples and mix it in with a mixture of romain and iceburg lettuce and diced celery. I added some cajun chicken and some cinnamon and lemon juice. fabalous lunch. Off to work i go. I try to drink as much iced tea as possible at home and at work. I came home from work and cooked up some cajun chicken and some asparagus and for a snack i had half a grapefruit.

VLCD 3

Alright! This morning I woke up and went right to the scale because i went to sleep sooo hungry. So i hopped on, and oh my gosh, i lost 1.7 lbs! So this brings me to a total of about 3 lbs dropped since i started (including my loading weirdly enough). I started my day with alot of confidence. I had black coffee with some vanilla stevia, and a grapefruit. Then for lunch i grilled some chicken with some chili powder seasoning and wrapped it in lettuce. it was not alot, but i felt fine going into my work shift! I did fine at work, and left still going strong! So hard working in a restaurant. I went right to wegmans and picked up some apples, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery asaparagus and some more lettuce. And picked up some cinnamon for the Baked Appleeeee mmmm, and some cajun seasoning. I came right home and grilled up some cajun chicken with the same old veg, asaparagus, idk why but i can go to town on asparagus! Then A couple hours later i sliced up some apple and sprinkled cinnamon on it and microwaved it and it was sooooooooo goood. omg i know what my fav snack is now! haha must discover more! Today was all around a good day, hopefully the scale will show it!!!! Goodnight!

VLCD1 & VLCD 2

VLCD 2: When i woke up this morning i was like omg i know i have had to lost weight bc i was so hungry and felt like my stomach was shrivled. haha. Well i stepped on the scale and I hadnt lost or gain. bummer. I tried to not let it bother me and started off without my morning coffee. For lunch I had a huge bowl of iceburge lettuce with some cut up strawberries and some PLAIN chicken! (I was worried that the seasoning from yesterday effected me?) I was pretty satisfied. I then had like 8 hours before dinner! For dinner i decided to stick with the asaparagus but did it plain and grilled up some chicken with a little bit of minced garlic. Then ate half a grapefruit after. WOW even though my brother was here and had TACO BELL! omg it smelled so good. But hopefully I will start to lose some weight in the morning!!!!! ahh wish me luck! Later in the night i felt sooo hungry i was almost miserable, i decided to cook some frozen spinach, i hated it. lol so i went to sleep... hopefully numbers will show!!


VLCD 1: I woke up and immediatly weighed myself, and somehow i lost 1.1 lbs! I thought i was supposed to gain! oh well! So for lunch I wrapped some chicken in foil and put it in the oven and made some cabbage soup and had half a grapefruit. I did pretty good for a while and then it hit me that i was very hungry! Finally after some running around i was finally able to make my dinner. I made the same chicken for dinner with montreal chicken seasoning..and garlic powder on some asparagus. It was so good! I had a few strawberries after. I was starting to feel like i wanted to nibble so i ate a few more strawberries... :/ And off to sleep i went.

Loading Day 2

So today went pretty well. Woke up I weighed myself right away ani gained .6 lbs on my first loading day. then I did my last morning routine with coffee and sugar first thing. I had 2 slices of pizza before I went to work. I took home some chicken fingers and ff to munch on when I get home. I went to Wegmans too and picked up a few thigs. Some chicken. Some strawberries and grapfruit. For veggies I got frozen spinach some fresh asparagus and cabbage and a head of lettuce. I also got some stevia. Took my last dose and now im getting ready to start this road to a better me! I am really going to try hard and lose alot of weight. Goodnight!

Loading Day 1

ok so i decided to wait a week before starting the diet. I had to pay some bills and all that fun stuff. But anyway I took the HCG today for the first time, im actually holding it in my mouth right now! haha. today will be my first loading day, and it is also my day off. Well I also did my first weigh in, i am also taking pictures and my measurments today as well! On Sunday I will be participating in the biggest loser challange between me and some of my girlfriends till the end of May, so hopefully i can win! :) Talk to you guys later.

alright its been a few hours, and i feel pretty good. Minor sore throat but its prob just a cold or something! Ill be doing my night dose soon..BYE BYE :)
