VLCD 4

I am a day late, but i will give a quick idea of my day. I woke up and stepped on the scale and i was down another 1.1 lbs. Total of about 4 lbs lost. So i decided to cut up some apples and mix it in with a mixture of romain and iceburg lettuce and diced celery. I added some cajun chicken and some cinnamon and lemon juice. fabalous lunch. Off to work i go. I try to drink as much iced tea as possible at home and at work. I came home from work and cooked up some cajun chicken and some asparagus and for a snack i had half a grapefruit.
